fee which already includes all reasonable expenses and costs, Residency

provides you with the following services:

Professional
preparation of your residency application in Spanish

Organize
and prepare residency application package to facilitate its review
by the Costa Rican authorities

With
your assistance, we obtain and assemble the required supporting
documentation, including your birth certificate, marriage certificate
(when applicable), police clearance letter, etc.

For
Applicants in the U.S. only: We take care of the document authentication
process by both the Secretary of State and the Costa Rican consulate
-
For
All Other Applicants: We will guide you step by step during the
document authentication process

Coordinate
the translation of documents to Spanish, using approved translators

Applicants in the U.S. only: We can file the application on your
behalf at a local Costa Rican consulate, or should you wish to
file the application yourself, we will provide you with the information
necessary to file at the consulate.

All Other Applicants: We will guide you step by step in the filing
of the application in your home country.

Pay
all required consular certification fees ("timbres")

Once
the application is filed at the local consulate, we coordinate
and pay for the transport of your application (by commercial courier--FedEx
or similar) from the consulate to the immigration authorities
in Costa Rica for their official review of the application

While
the application package is awaiting review in San Jose, a Residency
in Costa Rica representative will act as your official representative
and "bird dog" and monitor the application until its
final disposition by the Immigration authorities
